Work is slow as I am having an autistic burn-out I think. I am so overwhelmed and I have difficulties sleeping, concentrating and I am so tired. Having a family is very nice on the good days but oh boy what a noise they make on your off days. Every sound is so loud in my head. Being touched can feel like somebody is hitting you. I do what I can to keep standing but I have no energy to mask my ASS at the moment.

I do not tell this for pitty but maybe somebody can relate. Or maybe you feel less alone knowing there are more people struggling. And if you do not know about ASS this is what it can look like.
